Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you visit the site, Vercel processes technically necessary server log data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type) to deliver the site securely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a functioning, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies & Your Consent

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We distinguish two categories:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — e.g. the entry that stores your cookie choice itself (base3-cookie-consent, stored in your browser's local storage, 12 months). These are required to operate the site and do not require consent.
  • Analytics cookies — Google Analytics, see below. These are only set once you have actively agreed to them in the cookie banner.

Your consent is voluntary, can be given per category, and can be withdrawn at any time with future effect via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer. The legal basis for analytics cookies is exclusively your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Google Analytics

If you have consented, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (Google). Google Analytics is only loaded after you consent, and then sets cookies (including _ga, _ga_*) that enable analysis of site usage (e.g. pages viewed, time spent, visitor origin).

The resulting information is transferred to, and processed on, Google servers, including in the USA. This transfer relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google has self-certified.

You can withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie Settings" in the footer; from that point on, no further data is sent to Google and any analytics cookies already set in your browser are deleted. You can additionally install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Details on Google's processing are available in Google's privacy policy.

Contact Form

When you use our contact form, we process the data you enter (name, email address, phone number, company name, your message) solely to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measure) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).

Delivery is handled by Resend (Resend Inc., USA) as our processor. To protect the form against automated abuse (spam, bots), we use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., USA); this can transmit technically necessary data such as your IP address and device/browser characteristics to Cloudflare. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a functioning, abuse-protected website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Turnstile runs independently of your cookie consent, as it is technically necessary.

Scheduling (Cal.com)

For scheduling calls, we embed the calendar service Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc.) via iframe. Once this embed loads, Cal.com may process technical data (e.g. your IP address); when you book a call, we pass the data you enter (name, email, chosen time) to Cal.com to manage the appointment. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • request erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • withdraw any consent given, with future effect (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
